Zach, originally from New York, spent his formative years there until the age of 10 when his family made the move to Arizona due to a job opportunity for his father. Growing up in a competitive household with three close siblings, Zach discovered his passion for sports early on, excelling particularly in soccer and basketball. Known for thriving in team settings, he exhibited extroverted qualities and natural leadership skills.

Following his education, Zach embarked on a career in healthcare at a behavioral health facility in Scottsdale, AZ. Starting as an admissions specialist, he swiftly progressed into various leadership roles, earning a reputation as a "jack of all trades." His journey led him to a Business Development Director role, where he found a new passion for relationship-building. After several successful years, Zach assumed the position of Director of Operations and Business Development at another behavioral healthcare company, focusing on fostering relationships in a medical setting.

Zach's friendship with Danny Clark dates back to their early years, and they even lived together during the inception of Forthright. Joining as the company's first full-time employee in an entry-level sales position, Zach played a crucial role in its development. From administrative duties to learning hospital systems and procedures, he contributed wherever help was needed. Currently serving as the Sales Manager, Zach strives to create an effective, collaborative, and exciting atmosphere at Forthright. Guided by Danny and Park, he has gained knowledge and success in the medical device industry, always embracing opportunities for growth.

Proud of the company's growth, Zach is committed to maximizing its potential. Outside of work, he finds joy in simple pleasures, spending time with his fiancé, Tess, and their two children, Kyler and Hayden. An advocate for health and wellness, Zach embraces an active lifestyle and actively participates in local community-based basketball leagues. While a fan of the New York Jets and Knicks, he also enjoys attending Phoenix Suns games with friends and family.
