Kathryn, originally from Thousand Oaks, California, commenced her educational journey at UCLA at the age of 16 with aspirations of becoming an orthopedic surgeon. Graduating with honors, she earned a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Business. Her trajectory shifted after a snow ski accident resulted in torn ACLs, leading her to defer medical school. She explored alternative medical practices at the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine and discovered a passion for the field.

Experiencing multiple surgeries, Kathryn witnessed the life of a medical sales rep and found herself back with Dynasplint, becoming the top sales rep within months. Her success was attributed to knowing and passionately believing in the product. She later contributed to Ariel Life Systems, traveling globally for movement analysis technology. Life brought her to Houston, TX, where she married an NFL coach, had three children, and became involved in various community roles.

Returning to Dynasplint in Arizona, Kathryn excelled once again, leading her to a position with Wright Medical. During her tenure, she achieved the status of the #1 sales rep in the country and earned a full scholarship to the University of Phoenix, completing her Masters in Healthcare Administration. Additionally, she served as a board member for the National Charity League.

Leaving Wright Medical for San Diego, she initiated the first Paragon 28 distributorship. Family matters eventually brought her back to Arizona. Joining the early team at Forthright Medical, Kathryn values the company's vision of focusing on the best technology in the ever-changing medical device landscape.

Privately, she enjoys activities such as walking her dog, Elske, using her Peloton, and engaging in adventurous pursuits like skydiving and fly fishing. With two of her three kids recently married, Kathryn also serves as the president of the board for an online school in Arizona. Proudly contributing to the team, she eagerly anticipates the future endeavors of Forthright Medical.
