Born in a small town in Indiana, Paul's early years led him to Arizona when he was still young. Growing up in West Phoenix, he completed his education at Alhambra High School. Paul commenced his professional journey at Wright Medical as a hub coordinator, where he crossed paths with Park and Danny. His transition to Forthright Medical occurred in 2020.

Outside of his professional life, Paul finds solace and joy in the outdoors. His favorite activities include hunting and camping with his family. According to him, family is paramount, and he cherishes every moment spent with them.
