Inception and Early Challenges
In our inaugural year, like many new ventures, we embarked on a journey filled with excitement and challenges. As a fledgling distribution company, every day brought new lessons. It was a year marked by obstacles, setbacks, and small triumphs. In hindsight, 2018 was a pivotal period that laid the foundation for our identity today. Reflecting on those early years fills us with immense pride as we recognize the significant progress we've made.
Our First Office
In this year, we began laying the foundational pieces of our business. We successfully secured distribution rights for esteemed companies such as MedShape, In2bones, and Avitus. Alongside expanding our portfolio of represented products, we bolstered our team by welcoming Zach Hobbi, Ben Roberts, and Kathryn Watterson to our sales roster. With our headcount growing and an increasing demand for our services, we felt the need to establish a dedicated home base. Thus, we proudly graduated from our humble garage workspace to our very own office, located within the Industrious coworking space at Fashion Square Mall. The image of our team wheeling surgical trays in and out of the mall certainly left an impression on the public and provided some memorable moments.Highlights:

2020 Vision
In 2020, we were in full throttle, working tirelessly day and night to navigate through a tumultuous year in healthcare. Despite the daunting external challenges, we managed to retain all of our employees and achieved a year of growth. Our commitment to progress led us to a new milestone – relocating to a larger office in Tempe, Arizona, and welcoming Paul Dowty as our Office Manager. While progress sometimes comes in small steps rather than giant leaps, every stride forward was a testament to our resilience and determination.

The inclusion of Carl Composanto as our sales representative and Zach Dowty as our logistics coordinator and the acquisition of the Forthright whip were pivotal steps that significantly enhanced our efficiency. By relieving our sales representatives of delivery responsibilities, we provided them with ample time to engage with our customers. This strategic shift empowered us to achieve rapid and remarkable growth, expanding our presence within the community and strengthening our connections with our customers.Highlights:

This year marked a strategic shift as we fine-tuned our product lineup. We forged distribution agreements with industry leaders such as Medline Unite, Ossio, GEO, MiMedx, and OrthoFix, complementing our existing partnerships with long-standing manufacturers. This synergy created what we believe to be the most formidable product selection available to foot and ankle distributors. Additionally, we welcomed new team members, Gabrielle Moroni and Ozzie St. Martin, to our ranks, further bolstering our capabilities and expertise.Highlights:

In the year 2023, we placed a substantial emphasis on strengthening our infrastructure. We initiated a comprehensive overhaul, which encompassed revamping our ERP system, a complete transformation of our quality department, the acquisition of our FDA Tissue license, the development of our website, the establishment of a robust social media presence, and an extensive internal systems cleanup. These investments were made with a clear vision of how they will benefit our ability to serve our customers more effectively, and we eagerly anticipate their positive impact in 2024.Highlights:

We are thrilled to share our exciting news for 2024 - the acquisition of a spacious 6,000 sq ft building in Phoenix. Our dedication to this endeavor extended to substantial investments in remodeling. The result is a facility equipped with ample office space for our team, a well-equipped warehouse for efficient product storage and distribution, and a cutting-edge cadaver lab that will enable us to further advance our services and capabilities.
