Olivia Muir is from Smoot, Wyoming, a small town where she developed a strong work ethic and a love for sports. In high school, she played volleyball, basketball, and track, which laid the foundation for her future athletic pursuits. After high school, she continued her volleyball career at Casper Community College, earning All-Conference honors for two consecutive years.

She then transferred to Montana Tech University, where her volleyball career flourished. Olivia earned All-Conference recognition, was named Conference Player of the Year, and received All-American honors for her exceptional performance on the court. During this time, she also faced and overcame a severe ankle injury that required extensive rehabilitation, sparking a deep interest in anatomy and human performance. Despite her major in Business Communications with a minor in Business Administration, she took multiple science courses to better understand the human body.

After graduating in 2024, Olivia worked at Enterprise Car Sales, gaining valuable experience in customer relations and sales. However, her passion for coaching led her to continue mentoring volleyball players, where she shares her knowledge of the game and commitment to personal growth. Her diverse professional background paved the way for her transition to Forthright, where she now works, combining her business acumen with her interest in the health and wellness field.
