Dr. Mark Dalton, a Fort Worth, Texas native, grew up in a family rooted in both medicine and ranching. He earned his undergraduate degree at Tulane University before attending medical school at the University of Texas-Houston, followed by an orthopedic residency in Fort Worth. Further specializing in foot and ankle surgery, he trained at the Sigvard T. Hansen Foot and Ankle Institute at Harborview in Seattle.

Dr. Dalton later founded Austin Ankle Associates, focusing on foot and ankle surgery, trauma care, and serving the underserved. Passionate about ankle arthroplasty, trauma, and limb preservation, he has also contributed to medical device innovation, holding multiple patents.

In 2023, he joined the company as Chief Medical Officer, bringing valuable medical expertise to its growth and vision. Outside of work, he is a devoted father of two teenagers and enjoys outdoor activities.
