Procedure: Subtalar Fusion

The Cotton plate is designed specifically to fit the anatomy following a plantarflexing osteotomy of the medial cuneiform, and can be used over our pre-hydrated, pre-shaped Cotton Wedge Bioimplant. The system comes equipped with an articulating pin distractor, and trials are available for use with the wedge allografts.
